Close price: Prices began to drop off towards Monday afternoon, with the system oversupplied thanks to above average temperatures and dropping demand as a result. Wind generation was also very high, making up 53% of the electricity mix.
Opening price: Prices are dropping further this morning, with demand seeing a significant drop compared to yesterday. There are 6 LNG vessels expected to berth this week while wind generation is expected to remain high.
